If you use hard coded with Tinymce. But if you use JCE then it inserts a link to the Article id which (if there is a menu item) resolves to the title alias of that menu item.You can change the Title, but don't change the Alias.
It all depends on wether the link is hard coded or not If hard coded then Joomla will create a dynamic link to the url. If not hard coded Joomla will create a dynamic link based on the Articl/menu item id
